Malata and Associates is a Close Corporation firm established in March 2002 and is based in Pietermaritzburg and Cape Town and its areas of expertise are quantity surveying, construction cost management and project management and PPP consortium management. The founder of the company brings a wealth of experience both from building and civil engineering backgrounds; she also has administration and management experience. The team of the firm has approximately 24 years quantity surveying experience amongst them and approximately 15 years in project management, with four years of these focused on civil projects, e.g. water and sanitation projects, buildings and roads. The team has thus developed good knowledge of both building and civil work.

This firm is dedicated to Customer focus and continuous improvement in both skills and service delivery so as to add value to their Clients and it is 100% PDI owned and is headed by an African woman.

Our philosophy puts emphasis on Customer focus and satisfaction more than our internal systems and thus provide service excellence to our Clients. Continuous improvement in both skills and service delivery cannot be over emphasised.
